Our client is an established MNC that is a strong player in the Financial industry. In line with their business expansion, they are looking to bring on board a Business Analyst professional to join their team in KL.
The new role
Reporting to Manager, you will be assisting in evaluating and assessing production processes for improvement opportunities. Assist the robot technical configuration team in resolving issues, year-on-year process improvement activities. Communicate with Operational leads to advise on process change and impact. Set standards for documentation.
Requirements to succeed
You are a Bachelor’s degree holder in or with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Six Sigma/TQM/Service Design, business analysis and Prince2 or PMP. Experienced in Financial and/or Payroll related operations and Corporate Governance is an added advantage. You are self-motivated, pro-activeness, possesses good communication skills and good time management.
