Senior Business Analyst, Salesforce | Tech & Networking | Petaling Jaya Full Time

The new role

• ERP, CRM and IT System Configuration and development on Salesforce platform
• Lead projects to enhance and develop our solutions
• Provide internal 3rd level Salesforce/FinancialForce application support to the organization
• Interact with IT outsourcing and 3rd party ERP/CRM contracted providers as necessary to resolve escalated application related issues
• Actively participate with execution of future change requests / upgrades with 3rd party provider(s)
• Ability to create technical specifications, users specifications, and test plans for new approved implementation projects
• Execute medium complexity developments in respect of Salesforce best Practices
• Develop reports our BI platform Einstein on approved functional department requests
• Provide training to end users / power users on core Salesforce features and new functionality

Requirements to succeed

• A minimum of 3+ years of Salesforce and lead BSA role
• Certification in Salesforce (Admin and development), SF-CPQ
• Technical knowledge and experience in ERP, BI, SQL
• Self-motivated, detail oriented and organized
• Strong interpersonal including both verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills with solutions
• Must be a team player and flexible to changing priorities and schedules
• Advanced skills in MS Excel, data analysis
