Account Receivable Analyst Full Time

They are looking to bring on board an excellent Account Receivables Specialist to support their team in Shah Alam (UOA Business Park).

Job Description

• Ensure timely and accurate posting for sales recognition, cash application and bank draft related posting.
• Issue, monitor the VAT invoice issuing and monthly sales VAT reconciliation
• Perform regular AR report and Fapiao management per the tax rules
• VAT in verification & AR overdues management
• Perform accounts reconciliation for AR related sub-ledger
• Perform PBC list regarding AR sub-ledger parts per audit request
• Regularly reconcile AR statement with suppliers

Requirements to succeed 

• University degree in Accounting/ Finance or relevant studies.
• Good communication skills. Multilingual is a plus.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good computer application, Microsoft Office Skills.
• Willing to work in UOA Business Park, Shah Alam.
