Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Inside Sales Executive to support sales operations and drive business growth. This role focuses on managing customer enquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating orders, and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure smooth sales processes and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming enquiries from customers and provide timely responses
Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales documentation
Process sales orders and coordinate with production, logistics, and other internal teams
Maintain and update customer records and sales data
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Support the sales team in identifying new business opportunities
Monitor order status, delivery timelines, and ensure customer satisfaction
Assist in resolving customer issues and complaints efficiently
Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management
Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time
Requirements
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
1–3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or sales support (preferably in manufacturing or industrial products)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong coordination and organizational abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Able to work independently and as part of a team
