The Finance Business Partner specializes in R&D and costing plays a crucial role in providing financial insights and strategic support to research and development teams while ensuring cost efficiency.

Job responsibilities:

Maintain the Product wise Product Development Cost budget in SAP and monitor the monthly performance.
Liaise with R&D team and provide support related to fund transfer and multiple reports.
Monitoring and reporting of actual PDC vs budget PDC and provides the insight to management for decision making if required.
Maintain the Product wise Product development cost in SAP Fixed Asset registers which includes but not limited to Capitalization, Disposal, Amortization etc.
Check and review the project wise Product Development cost provided by R&D team and provide analysis for management to review and approval based.
Prepare Monthly product wise PDC burnout report (Actual vs Budget) for visibility of R&D team and management.
Support the supervisor for evaluation of financial feasibility of R&D Products for management decision and approvals.
Liaise with commercial team and BD team for financial feedback on new products and markets
Workout the financial feasibilities of new products and new markets.
Support the supervisor to implement the product costing module in SAP.
Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
