We are partnering with a well-established global insurance brokerage group with an international presence and strong operations in the health insurance and employee benefits sector. With its continued growth, the organisation is looking to hire a Management Trainee to join its team in Kuala Lumpur.

The New Role
As a Management Trainee, you will have the opportunity to rotate across 4 different departments, gaining hands-on exposure to various areas of the insurance business:

• Contact Centre – Handle client enquiries, concerns and customer service matters while managing CRM activities.
• Policy Administration & Claims – Assist with policy administration, billing, claims processing and communication with clients and insurers.
• Account Management – Gain exposure to client-facing activities, remarketing and client training.
• Property & Casualty – Gain practical exposure to another key area of the insurance business.

Throughout the programme, you will receive structured training and mentorship from experienced team members to support your learning and development.

Requirements to Succeed
You should possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn, adaptable, proactive and interested in building a career within the insurance industry.
