Our client is looking for a suitable candidate to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, reviewing technical drawings and specifications, preparing costings and quotations, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure projects run smoothly from enquiry through to delivery. This role also involves managing customer requirements, handling project changes, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting new business opportunities.

Job Description:

• Review customer enquiries, RFQs, drawings and specifications
• Clarify technical requirements with customers
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality and Purchasing
• Work out costing and prepare quotations from customer drawings
• Follow projects from enquiry → quotation → order → production → delivery
• Handle drawing revisions and requirement changes
• Maintain customer relationships and support new business opportunities
• Travel for customer visits and project discussions when required

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics or related Engineering field
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Able to understand engineering drawings, or willing to learn
• AutoCAD / SolidWorks knowledge is an advantage
• Good communication skills
• Responsible, detail-oriented
• Interested in both engineering and business
