IT Admin/Team Lead | MNC | Automotive Full Time NEW

A company in the automotive industry, specialising in vehicle sales, distribution, and after-sales services. The IT Administrator / Team Lead is responsible for managing daily IT support operations, leading the IT support team, ensuring IT issues are resolved on time, and keeping IT systems running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the IT support team, assign tasks, manage schedules, and guide team members.
• Oversee IT issues, support requests, and ticket handling to ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor team performance and ensure service targets are met.
• Coordinate software updates, security patches, antivirus updates, and system maintenance.
• Prepare reports and maintain records of IT issues, solutions, and equipment.
• Ensure IT policies, procedures, and security rules are followed.
• Identify ways to improve IT support processes and work efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve IT issues.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience with patch management and endpoint management tools.
• Knowledge of IT security, compliance, and audit requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage a team and work with different departments and vendors.
