FP&A Analyst | Conglomerate | Petaling Jaya Full Time

A conglomerate with significant presence in Malaysia and is rapidly expanding to Asia as well as other regions in the world. The Group is committed to excellence in their field an in order to support business growth, they are looking to hire a FP&A Analyst for their team based in Petaling Jaya.

The new role

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be involved in the monthly and quarterly budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis for their operations in the Asean region. You will support business expansion through communicating technical analysis in a meaningful and clear way to non-finance team members through the group. As a team player, you will be communicating with various teams on month-end related matters and suggest areas for process/finance improvement through your observations and findings.

Requirements to succeed

You are a qualified Chartered Accountant/Accounting graduate with 4-6 years of experience in audit firms/commercial organisations. Knowledge in IFRS and experience working in shared service centre, MNC or public listed company will be an added advantage. Ideally, you should be dynamic, adaptable, motivated, and enjoy working in a collaborative team. You will also be of analytical mindset and have the necessary communication skills to convey complex information in a meaningful and clear way.
