Company Overview

A well-established International Group that is a strong player in its industry and has presence globally. As a result of rapid expansion, they are looking to bring on board an excellent Finance Assistant Manager to support their team in KL.

Job Description

• Complete financial reports, lead the month-end closing process and conduct monthly financial forecast.
• Develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Manage and monitor metrics, KPI tracking, and reports.
• Responsible to oversee tax matters with IRB and other government agencies (with the help of legal and tax consultants).
• Supervise the preparation of quarterly and annual account reconciliations, monitor, and enforce compliance with financial reporting standards and bursa listing requirements.
• Responsible to oversee year-end financial audit.

Requirements to succeed

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Finance or equivalent, or/and Certified Public Accountant license.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar finance role;
• Well versed with IFRS & MFRS;
• Well versed with Malaysian Taxation matters and Bursa Listing requirements
• Positive attitude, passion for hard work and growth, multitasking ability and team player.
