Company Overview

A well-established International Manufacturing Group that is a strong player in its industry and has presence globally. They are looking to bring on board an excellent Finance Controlling Assistant Manager to support their team in PJ.

Job Description

• Lead the preparation of financial reports for management review of monthly financial results
• erform business analysis, carry out investigation appropriately, highlight on any significant deviation and follow up
• Participate in the preparation of annual budget, quarterly forecast planning including performing financial modelling and sensitivity analysis
• Manage and oversee daily operations of Finance functions including month-end and year-end period closings.
• Develop and implement recommendation to improve accounting processes and procedures
• Working closely with stakeholders, management team and business units in different division on corporate planning tasks such as strategic planning & risk management
• Assist and handle any ad-hoc assignment as and when required by management.

Requirement to succeed

• Possess at least a Degree in Finance/Accountancy or professional qualification or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of similar working experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, attention to details and able to multitask
• Strong team player with ability to work independently and be proactive
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge in SAP & Power BI will be advantage.
