HRBP Manager | MNC Engineering | Petaling Jaya Full Time

Company overview
This is a great opportunity to join a well-established MNC Engineering Group that is a strong player in its industry and has a strong presence in Asia and globally. They are looking to bring on board an excellent HRBP professional to join their HR Team.

The new role
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be supporting the business as a Business Partner to develop & implement people process strategy, as well as planning, organization development, HR operations and talent retention. You will also work closely with the stakeholders on HR matters, including developing talent programs, succession planning, headcount management & budgeting and effective employee engagement by demonstrating your capability in HR and business insights. There will also be opportunities to be involved in HR projects, including developing strategies for talent retention, strategies and develop future human capital requirements and plans etc.

Requirements to succeed
The ideal candidate will have around 8-10 years of relevant working experience, ideally with full HR generalist capabilities in both operational & strategic level, including Compensation & benefits, HRBP, HR ops, etc. You will be analytical, methodical, proactive and possess excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skill. Strong knowledge in data analysis and budgeting with finance background will be an added advantage.
