Job overview:

We are working with a specialized accounting firm in KL to onboard a Senior Account Executive. In this role, you are responsible for the delivery of Financial Reports in an accurate and timely manner. You will work closely with Managers, Customer Success Team and Bookkeepers to ensure client satisfaction and quality work is delivered.

Job Responsibility :

• Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
• Maintain and organize company documents, records, and client files.  Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and calls.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents as required.
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Scan, sort, and file documents using the firm’s document management system to ensure efficient and secure storage and retrieval.
• Manage documentation and correspondence with banks, ensuring timely and accurate processing of financial documents.
• Communicate with regulatory authorities and government agencies to facilitate compliance and address inquiries.
• Assist in preparing and submitting applications for business licenses and permits, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
