We are partnering with a IT hardware system integrator, providing top tier hardware solutions tailor made to each of our client’s unique needs.

Job Description :

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for LS Central and Business Central applications.
• Assist users in resolving issues related to data entry, reporting, and system configuration.
• Document and track all support requests and resolutions.
• Proactively identify and address potential issues before they impact users.
• Coordinate and manage outsourced IT service providers for hardware installation, setup, and configurations.
• Ensure that support services are delivered on time, within budget, and according to agreed- upon specifications.
• Provide weekly cases reporting and resolution updates.
• Assist with system administration tasks as needed, including user account management, security updates, and data backups.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation on application processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps

Job Requirement :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in application support
• Preferably with ERP systems like LSCentral or Business Central.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, including data structures, workflows, and reporting.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical users.
• Experience with outsourced IT service management is a plus
