To assist the Compliance Officer to manage corporate affairs of Compliance Department of the Manager.
To assist in preparing Directors’ Resolutions, Minutes, Statutory Forms, Annual Returns and other compliance documents.
To assist in developing, implementing, and managing compliance policies, procedures, and frameworks in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
To monitor and analyze changes in relevant laws, regulations, and industry practices to ensure the Manager’s compliance programs are up-to-date.
To maintain the relevant compliance registers, documentation, and records to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is readily available.
To liaise with external regulatory bodies, auditors, legal advisors, and other relevant stakeholders on compliance matters.
To stay informed about industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging compliance risks that may impact the Manager
To assist in corporate secretarial matters that may be assigned from time to time from management.
Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time from management.
