Role Overview:
We are seeking Key Account Executives and Key Account Managers to manage and expand our enterprise portfolio, develop new business opportunities, and strengthen client relationships. You will play a key role in implementing our IDSC solutions and driving revenue growth across Brand Owners and Medium-to-Small Retailers.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage key enterprise accounts.
Prospect and uncover new business opportunities within existing and new client segments.
Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and manage client relationships to ensure retention and growth.
Collaborate with internal teams on product development and Go-To-Market strategies.
Achieve sales targets and take ownership of your portfolio.
Key Attributes:
Energetic self-starter with a natural sales-hunting instinct.
Goal-oriented with a strong competitive drive.
Excellent communication skills in English; Mandarin & Cantonese a plus.
Able to work independently with initiative and minimal supervision.
Preferred Experience:
2–3 years in SaaS, IT consulting, or similar B2B sales roles.
Proven track record in managing enterprise accounts and growing client portfolios.
