Marketing Specialist Full Time

Company overview

Our client established on 1995, specializes in trading building and furniture materials, including low-formaldehyde panel products and plywood.

The new role :

• Brand Specification & Promotion: Drive efforts to get the brand included in developer and designer firm projects.
• Industry Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships within the developer and design community.
• Marketing Strategy: Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns for the developer and designer market.
• Content Creation: Collaborate with creatives to produce marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and case studies.
• Event & Trade Shows: Represent the brand at industry events and networking meetings to promote visibility.
• Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform strategies.
• Partnership Development: Identify and develop strategic partnerships with key firms for brand specification opportunities.

Requirements:

• years of experience in marketing, brand management, or business development (preferably in the construction, design, or development sector).
• Understanding of how specifications work in developer and design firms.
• Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to create compelling marketing strategies and materials.
• Familiarity with CRM, digital marketing, and presentation tools.
