Job Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with various departments to enhance workflow and productivity.
• Develop, monitor, and adhere to detailed project timelines.
• Identify and implement strategies to improve operational processes and systems.
• Design and implement optimized operational procedures.
• Provide regular progress updates to management and stakeholders.
• Address operational challenges with effective problem-solving skills.
• Stay updated with industry practices through ongoing training and development.

Requirements to succeed

• Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Familiarity with technical tools or software relevant to operations management.
• Previous experience in UI/UX design.
• Aptitude for learning and integrating new technologies into operational processes.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent command of English and Mandarin.
