QC Executive (Mandarin Speaker) Full Time

-Ensure all QC systems and procedures are effectively implemented.
-Review, check, and approve inspection documents and data sheets to ensure product quality meets chemical composition standards.
-Coordinate with external bodies for calibration needs — arrange, conduct, prepare reports, and maintain updated calibration schedules.
-Oversee ISO requirements related to the QMS system and participate in monthly ISO & departmental meetings (QMS, EMS, S&P).
-Plan QC staff work schedules and conduct training for new/existing team members.
-Prepare routine QC reports: SPC charts, Monthly Cp Graphs, Finished Goods Summary Reports, GR&R, etc.
-Support all QMS & EMS internal/external audits, customer audits, and audit checklist preparation.
-Perform any other duties assigned by superior(s).
