The new role :

· Led the overall planning, development, and management of departmental operations to ensure alignment with organizational goals, improve efficiency, and drive performance across all functional areas.

· Designed and implemented a structured approach to lead generation and conversion strategies within the local market, focusing on identifying high-potential prospects, nurturing client relationships, and improving conversion rates through targeted outreach.

· Developed compelling presentation materials and conducted professional presentations tailored to client needs. Created customized solutions, concept papers, and executive summaries to address specific client challenges and opportunities.

· Oversaw the preparation of commercial and technical proposals, ensuring bid integrity by coordinating closely with internal design, engineering, and finance teams. Managed proposal timelines, compliance requirements, and competitive pricing strategies.

· Led strategic planning initiatives for marketing products and solutions, including market research, positioning, branding, and campaign development to enhance visibility, support business growth, and maintain competitive advantage.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in any engineering field of studies.

· At least 5 years of working experiences in sales environment, preferably in property/ construction industry.

· Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

· Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and industry events domestically.

· Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

· Strong leadership, proactive, and team management skills.
