Are you passionate about improving business processes and helping organizations leverage technology to drive growth? We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or Finance & Operations (F&O) Functional Consultant to join our growing consultancy team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with clients across industries, lead end-to-end ERP transformation projects, and play a key role in delivering solutions that optimize Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Inventory, Procurement, and Warehouse Operations.

As a trusted advisor, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technology solutions, guiding clients through every stage of the ERP implementation journey, from discovery and design to deployment and ongoing optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end ERP implementation projects, from requirements gathering through go-live.
• Conduct workshops, process reviews, and fit-gap analysis with business stakeholders.
• Configure and optimize Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or F&O solutions.
• Translate business requirements into practical ERP solutions and functional specifications.
• Support data migration, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
• Deliver user training and provide ongoing functional support.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Drive process improvements across Manufacturing, Inventory, Warehouse, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Finance functions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in ERP Consulting, Business Analysis, Functional Consulting, or related roles.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, ERP systems, or enterprise business applications.
• Strong understanding of business processes within Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Inventory, Procurement, Warehouse, or Finance.
• Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, workshops, and UAT.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or F&O.
• Background in Manufacturing, Finance, Accounting, or Supply Chain.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Power Platform, system integration, or data migration.
• Experience leading ERP projects or mentoring junior consultants.
