Company overview

This is a great opportunity to join a Singapore-owned company based in Johor Bharu in their Human Resource field. With continued growth plans, they are looking to bring on board a hands-on and entrepreneurial Manager to be based in Gelang Patah, Johor Bharu.

The new role

Reporting to the Managing Director, this is a hands on Corporate HR role where you will develop and apply talent strategies and HR best practices, policies and processes to achieve synergies and drive optimization across the company.  You will proactively develop solutions and advise all manufacturing sites on HR topics including staffing, employee relation, performance management, retention and succession planning. You will be responsible for all HR matters pertaining to manufacturing company requirements and ensure compliance with statutory requirements, legislations and local laws. You will also assist in administrative task as and when required.

Requirements to succeed

You are a Degree / Diploma holder in Human Resource or Public Relations with a minimum of 3 years of experience in relevant fields. Knowledge and experience in handling Labour Law as well as Union cases will be an added advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is vital. Ideally, you should be a good communicator and manifest coordination skills to promote teamwork efficiency with your team members.
