● Ensure timely preparation of financial reports/statements and examination of monthly accounts for submission to the Management with a tight deadline.
● Prepare journal entries with appropriate and complete supporting documentation and complete monthly closing procedures.
● Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules according to monthly reporting deliverables and analysing, correcting discrepancies/variances.
● Manage and ensure completeness of intercompany transactions between all subsidiaries.
● Assist on the preparation and updates of monthly/quarterly forecast and budget.
● Assist in the preparation audited financial statements for the responsible entities, handling audit-related matters to ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
● Assist in company secretarial matters and taxation adhering to company policies and regulations.
● Liaise with different departments within the Group, such as operations, treasury, and tax.
● Work collaboratively in identification and support of continuous improvement activities.
● Perform other accounting / finance related duties or tasks as assigned from time to time.
