A well-established International Listed Group that is a strong player in its industry and has presence globally. They just get listed and looking to bring on board an excellent Finance Manager to lead their team in KL Eco City.

Job Description

• Complete financial reports, lead the month-end closing process and conduct monthly financial forecast.
• Develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Manage and monitor metrics, KPI tracking, and reports.
• Responsible to oversee tax matters with IRB and other government agencies (with the help of legal and tax consultants).
• Supervise the preparation of quarterly and annual account reconciliations, monitor, and enforce compliance with financial reporting standards and bursa listing requirements.
• Responsible to oversee year-end financial audit.

Requirement to succeed

• Bachelor of Degree
• Experience: Minimum 8 years’ experience in similar role
• Accounting, Corporate Finance, Reporting Skills, Attention to Detail, Deadline-Oriented, well versed with IFRS & MFRS, Confidentiality, Time Management, well versed with Malaysia Taxation matters and Bursa listing requirements.
• Positive attitude, passion for hard work and growth, multitasking ability and teamplayer.
