A. SCHEDULING & ADMINISTRATIVE
• Coordinates calendar, travels, meetings, and schedule arrangements.
Includes initiating contact and securing appointments and facilities as
appropriate
• Conducts weekly meetings with HOD to discuss upcoming engagements,
invitations and record minutes meeting and other requests
• Works closely with other department team members to assure sufficient
preparation for meetings or other engagements
• Coordinates transportation and accommodation requirements and ensure
arrangement is in place when there is outstation required
• Coordinates work schedule of drivers
• Document preparation and control, internal communications, general office
maintenance to improve cost and effectiveness
• Keeps and maintains an accurate record of papers and electronic
correspondence
• Prepares correspondence including drafting of general replies
• To receive visitors, including VIP’s & royalty and ensuring that appropriate
attention is paid to the necessary protocol and procedural issues
B .OFFICE MANAGEMENT
• Handle all matters that manager assign
• Compilation of monthly reports and financial reporting
• Submission and keeping track Chairman’s claims and other payments due
• Ensuring all task was made within the stipulated deadline
C. OTHERS
• Any other assignment as and when required
