Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement procurement strategies to drive cost savings, efficiency, and business alignment.
Identify, source, and evaluate suppliers to ensure product quality, reliability, and competitive pricing.
Lead contract negotiations and pricing agreements to secure optimal terms for the business.
Oversee inventory levels and coordinate procurement planning with relevant departments to meet operational needs.
Ensure adherence to procurement policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing standards.
Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, including performance evaluations and risk assessments.
Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
Collaborate with finance and operations teams to align procurement activities with overall business objectives.
Prepare timely procurement reports and insights for the Finance Manager and CFO.
Accurately record incoming stock into the POS system to ensure precise inventory tracking.
Contribute to the development and enhancement of procurement SOPs and vendor management processes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 2 years of managerial-level experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management within the F&B industry.
Proven expertise in negotiation, contract management, and supplier engagement.
Solid knowledge of inventory control and procurement planning.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities without direct staff support.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
