Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote the company’s products and services.
Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and identify market trends.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, and recommend improvements where necessary.
Prepare and deliver proposals and quotations to prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in person to support sales activities.
Handle customer enquiries and ensure timely follow-up to drive sales closure.
Achieve individual sales targets set by the company.
Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to management.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer credit status.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Participate in sales meetings and contribute to identifying new business opportunities.
Perform any other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
Job Specification
Education:
Minimum SPM or equivalent; higher qualifications are an added advantage.
Experience:
1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales-driven mindset with the ability to achieve targets.
Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of sales processes and customer relationship management.
