Company Overview

We are collaborating with one of the largest Field Marketing service agencies in Malaysia. With plans of expansion throughout Asia-Pacific, they are actively looking for a seasoned Data professional responsible for architecting and developing RetailAIM’s next generation of AI-based solutions

New Role

•         Provide training and support to customers and business during evaluation and implementation process

•         Provide on-going technical assistance and solutions on customer issues

•         To guarantee complete client satisfaction, adhere to the regular working procedures for documenting of customer interactions and the resolution of customer complaints.

•         Act as the consumer’s advocate and provide customer feedback.

•         To support the implementation process, collaborate cross-functionally with sales.

•         Continuously test systems and mobile applications and offer proactive feedback on the numerous improvements.

•         Write technical manuals, user guides, procedures, and technical bulletins concerning software or programmes to improve them.

•         Update the management in writing on the status of the accounts, including details on any technical issues, client feedback, and the overall health of the company.

Requirements

•         Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification or experience required

•         A pro-active, outgoing personality with strong communication skills is required, as are excellent troubleshooting abilities, communication skills, and teaching abilities.

•         Customer-focused, representative, and accountable

has a collaborative, customer-focused attitude and is self-motivated and success-oriented.

·         Having experience with systems analysis, coding (in SQL or another programming language), and design for web and mobile applications is advantageous.

•         At least one to two years of experience working as a support analyst for online or mobile app solutions
