The new role

As an IT Business Analyst, you will actively engage with cross-functional teams and work closely with business counterparts to shape the future of Engagement Marketing. You will be a key contributor in evaluating business processes, uncovering areas for improvement, scaling and implementing the Marketing Cloud solution by emerging a mix of techniques/technologies in the IT landscape. Part of your role involves effective communication about your insights to cross-functional teams to ensure long-term sustainability, operational excellence and alignment with IT strategy. Working closely with stakeholders, you are required to understand their business requirements and recommend solutions to meet the functional needs.

Requirements to succeed

To ensure success as an IT Business Analyst, you are a degree in IT or Computer Science holder with excellent academic grades or had 1-3 years of relevant working experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, given you understand the basics of system integration technologies or software development. Knowledge in Salesforce solutions is an added advantage. You should acquire excellent communication and stakeholder’s management skills for this role.
