Armed with exciting plans to expand their business, they are looking for a seasoned Cohort Lead professional to be part of their dynamic team.

The new role

As a Cohort Lead for Solution Architecture, you are leading a team of Solution Architects which are helping other IT and business departments all around the world to design the future of the organization’s IT system landscape. You are responsible for develop your team members further by applying best practice people leadership. This involves overlooking our strategic people development process for your team members and access they performance regularly. By developing the solution architects further, you actively drive digitalization and bring our solution architecture landscape to the next level.

Requirements to succeed

To ensure success, you must hold a degree in IT or similar (MSc or PhD is a plus) with at least 1-3 years of experience in leading technical profiles like solution architects, engineers or developers and worked in the past in a technical role at a corporation. Insights into software design / architecture patterns / software development in cloud native development or large-scale ERP implementation are highly preferred. This position requires strong people management skills, good conceptional and analytical skills, creativity, and willingness to embrace new ideas, technologies and methodologies.
