Our client is an established MNC that is a strong player in the Financial industry. In line with their business expansion, they are looking to bring on board a secretarial professional to join their team in KL.
The new role
Reporting to Manager, you will assist in planning, prepare and manage the execution of corporate secretarial service deliverables and to fulfill multi-dimensional clients’ requests and requirements riding on pre-defined workflows, technology and systems to ensure and provide quality work and services in a timely manner in compliance with the Companies laws and regulations of various jurisdictions and to promote good corporate governance practices.
Requirements to succeed
You are a Bachelor’s degree holder in disciplines e.g. Corporate Administration, Corporate Governance, Business Management, etc. A minimum of 2 years of working experience and experience in outsourcing environment is an added advantage. You are people oriented and team player, positive and proactive, willing to learn and with good communication skills. Proficient in both spoken and written English and Mandarin. Ability to take challenges and meet tight deadlines.
