Our client is an established professional services provider firm that is a strong player in its industry. In line with their business expansion, they are looking to bring on board a secretarial professional to join their team in KL.
The new role
You will help to arrange board/committee meetings and assist the Secretarial team in timeline planning, taking minutes and circulate relevant memos/reports. As well as the usual company secretarial administration, the role involves attending to all the corporate secretarial matters in accordance with the company acts. You will undertake any other special assignment, ad-hoc tasks and related duties as and when required.
Requirements to succeed
This is a great opportunity for an ambitious person with excellent communication skills, committed to developing a career in the Company Secretarial field. Experience of 2 years in relevant field and holding a Secretarial license will have a distinct advantage. To be successful in this role you will have strong attention to detail, innovative thought process, a commercial outlook and be able to work effectively as part of a small, motivated team.
