Financial Accounting (Japanese / Mandarin Speaking) | MNC Professional Services | KL Full Time

Company overview

Our client is an established MNC that is a strong player in the Financial industry. In line with their business expansion, they are looking to bring on board a financial accounting professional to join their team in KL.

The new role

Reporting to Team Leader, you will be responsible for book-keeping and perform accounting entries to the accounting system. You will need to prepare monthly closing and compile a full set of financial statements with supporting schedules/notes. Perform payment processing function such as preparing banking transactions (both online and manual). Prepare and review audit and tax schedules for year-end finalization. You will need to be involve in treasury services, to ensure all outstanding bills verified.

Requirements to succeed

The successful candidate must possess a Diploma, Degree or in the midst of pursuing professional studies in Accounting or Financial or any equivalent professional qualification. 2- 3 years of relevant working experience. Familiarity on accounting software such as SAP, Oracle is an added advantage. Microsoft Office skill is necessary. Past relevant experience in supporting cross functions and/or multi-countries is an added advantage. You are people oriented and a team player, hardworking, possesses good communication skills and good time management. Proficient in both spoken and written English and Japanese or Mandarin. Ability work independently and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
