The new role

You will be involved in assisting purchasers with their home loan product queries and application assessment progress. The core requirement of the role is providing assistance to customers via the email, Whatsapp and Zoom, in accordance with our services as well as understanding their needs and desired outcomes to help them achieve their financial goals (through refinancing, debt consolidation and/or new purchases). You will be working closely with the back of the team to fulfil home loan applications with our panel and provide full support with loan processing duties. There will be post-settlement tasks such as updating client information and database.

Requirements to succeed

You possess at least a Diploma and above with a minimum of 1-2 years of working experience in residential mortgage lending/support. Detailed knowledge in mortgage products and credit assessment criteria is ideal. You should be a dedicated team player with a positive attitude and have strong command of English. Experienced Sales & Marketing professionals from other industries are also welcomed.
