Product Manager | F&B Chain Supplier | KL Full Time

Company overview

We are partnering with a Food & Beverage Group, one of the largest food importer and distributor in the region with operations in Southeast Asia. Armed with exciting plans to expand and transform their business, they are looking to employ a dynamic Supply Chain Manager to join their team in Kuala Lumpur.

The new role

•                     Take charge of inventory forecast for basic SKUs and promotional SKUs.

•                     Manage aging, potential risk, and salvageable inventories

•                     Monitor sales and stock forecast to ensure the optimum stock level is maintained.

•                     Liaise with Supply Chain department on shipping schedule and monitor and track the arrival of container shipment.

•                     Drive new product, ensure brand awareness, and analyze product market

•                     Prepare marketing and formulate an effective promotion plan to support and meet sales objectives.

•                     Plan, track, and manage A&P fund within budget.

•                     Monitor and review the product’s movement at both retail and food service.

•                     Conduct regular market visits with sales personnel.

Requirements to succeed

•                     Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in the related field.

•                     Minimum 6 to 7 years’ experience as a Product Manager in the FMCG field

•                     Preferably specializing in F&B industry.

•                     High command of spoken and written English & proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin will be an added advantage.

•                     Able to multitask and operate in fast paced and result oriented environment.
