Career Horizons
1. Manage obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors.
(deped on the company assigned)
2. Able to handle full sets of accounts.
3. Reconcile financial statements, analysis the expenses (if necessary)
4. Prepare statement of accounts and send reminders to ensure timely
payment.
5. Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned
by management.
6. Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
7. Computer literate with good knowledge in MS Excel, MS Office, and
Microsoft dynamic accounting software would be an added advantage.
8. Prepare payment through Internet banking.
9. Prepare Cash flow projections weekly or monthly, prepare the
payment listing according to the priorities.
10. Year-end audit preparation, including prepare conso financial
statement, note to account, and Form 6-k and Form 20 (normally work
in team, will assign accodingly)
11. Any other duties assigned by superior.
12. Liaise with auditor (local & US), tax agent and secretary if necessary.
13. Filling of Economic substance report and annual return for BVI company.
14. Collaborate with internal teams or other departments to ensure the work done completely.
15. Finance due diligence (when necessary)
