Senior Project Development Executive| F&B Group | KL Full Time

Company overview

We are partnering with a Food & Beverage Group, one of the largest food importer and distributor in the region with operations in Southeast Asia. Armed with exciting plans to expand and transform their business, they are looking to employ a Senior Project Development Executive to join their team in Kuala Lumpur.

The new role

·         Execute the defined retail expansion plan.

·         Conduct market research and research to analyze and recommend suitable locations for expansion and identify target locations.

·         Act as a spokesperson for business development, refurbishment, and maintenance work for team members and external stakeholders to facilitate execution.

·         Effectively address all store expansion issues, may include addressing issues that are out of scope

·         Identify and resolve outlet maintenance issues.

·          Analyze and advise on legal risks in rental contracts and prescribe measures.

·         Ability to build good and strong relationships with landlords, real estate developers, landowners, investors and bankers, as well as to negotiate as a key representative of the company. Act as a contact person for all participants

·         Support for other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager as needed.

Requirements to succeed

•                     Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in the related field.

•                     Minimum 2 years’ experiences in the FMCG field

•                     Preferably specializing in F&B industry.

•                     Able to multitask and operate in fast paced and result oriented environment.
