Supply Chain Manager | F&B Group | KL Eco City Full Time

Company overview

We are partnering with a Food & Beverage Group, one of the largest food importer and distributor in the region with operations in Southeast Asia. Armed with exciting plans to expand and transform their business, they are looking to employ a dynamic Supply Chain Manager to join their team in Kuala Lumpur.

The new role

• Issue TRF & adjustment for warehouse operation
• To monitor purchase orders (PO) issued for retail supporting and accuracy in terms of delivery date, vendor and SKU
• Price sourcing & purchase for non-Trade activities
• Cover activities associated with the ordering, supply, delivery and shipment of materials and finished goods
• To analyse purchase requisitions and ensure is received in an accurate and timely manner
• To follow up stock delivery closely & expedite urgent stocks with buying team and supplier effectively
• Plan and perform cycle count and stock counts for all stores to ensure that it is completed according to the timeline
• To handle supplier returns according to the process accurately
• To monitor accuracy of supplier invoice matching, transfer, production and disposal

Requirements to succeed

• At least a Degree qualification
• Minimum 6-8 years of working experience in the Retail / Supermarket industry
• Hands on approach and to coach subordinates to ensure they understand and meet company’s high standards including values and culture
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Good business acumen with research, analytical skills and customer oriented with leadership qualities
