Accounting Manager | International real estate company Full Time

▪ Financial Reporting: Prepare and review accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements in compliance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

▪ Compliance & Audit: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and manage audit processes effectively.

▪ Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of accountants and finance staff. Assign tasks, review work, and provide professional development opportunities.

▪ Accounts Management: Oversee accounts payable and receivable, and general ledger activities. Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions.

▪ Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement. Prepare detailed reports for senior management.

▪ Internal Controls: Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard the company’s assets and ensure the accuracy of financial records.

▪ Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in financial operations.
