Digital Marketing Executive | SME | 3D Printing Full Time NEW

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Executive to plan and execute campaigns that grow our consumer sales, particularly for 3D printers, filament, accessories and beginner workshops.

You will also shoot and edit campaign content. A key priority is growing our Xiaohongshu (REDnote) presence to reach Chinese-speaking customers.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute campaigns with clear audiences, offers, budgets, timelines
  and sales targets.
• Develop product bundles, seasonal promotions and campaigns that attract new
  customers and encourage repeat purchases.
• Plan, shoot and edit photos and short videos, including product
  demonstrations, tutorials, customer stories and promotional content.
• Build our REDnote’s presence through relevant Chinese-language content
  and campaigns.
• Create and adapt campaign content for REDnote, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook,
  WhatsApp and our website.
• Write engaging captions, video hooks and calls to action.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising within approved budgets.
• Work with the sales team to improve enquiry follow-up and purchase conversion.
• Track campaign spending, sales, customer acquisition costs and profitability,
  and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Preferably 1–3 years of experience in consumer marketing, digital campaigns or
  e-commerce.
• Mandarin proficiency preferred, especially reading and writing Chinese for
  REDnote content and communicating with Chinese-speaking customers.
• Familiarity with REDnote’s content style and audience is a strong advantage.
• Able to independently shoot and edit social media content, using a
  smartphone or camera.
• Proficient in CapCut, Canva or similar tools, with an understanding of framing,
  lighting, audio, subtitles and pacing.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads or TikTok Ads.
• Good copywriting, planning and coordination skills.
• Comfortable working with budgets, sales data and campaign metrics.
• Working proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Interest in technology and 3D printing; product training will be provided.
