Fixed Assets Financial Accountant | MNC Manufacture | Penang Full Time

Company overview 

Our client is a leading multinational group in manufacturing industry. As a dynamic and expanding business, they are looking to bring on board a Fixed Assets Financial Accountant to join their team in Penang.

The new role 

-Assets Master data maintenance, processing of capitalization, retirements, transfers, disposals and inter-co transfer
-Perform a monthly Fixed Assets Account reconciliation and Balance Sheet Review for Plant, Property, and Equipment, Leases, and Licenses.
-Prepare a schedule for Fixed Assets, as well as a depreciation reasonableness and analysis.
-Execute adequate fixed asset controls and verify that financial statement disclosures are accurate.
-Participate in KPI and indicator tracking and measurement

Job requirements 

-Degree in Accountancy/ACCA or any equivalent accounting processional qualification
-At least 1-2 years related working experience
-A good command of English (spoken and written) as well as communication
-Proactive, detailed oriented and solid analytical skills
-Independent, self-motivated, meticulous and able to work under tight deadlines
-Team player and able to work with minimum supervision
