Our client is an established MNC that is a strong player in the Technology industry. In line with their business expansion, they are looking to bring on board of Human Resource professionals to join their team in Penang.

The new roles

        i.            HR Service Specialist

Reporting to the manager, you will be responsible for processing SAP data management and SuccessFactor for HR globally. You will provide a second line support within the HR Service Center for HR customers seeking for support on HR requests in Personnel Administration domain. You will also provide guidance to HR Stakeholders on queries regarding the Personnel Administration processes, HR forms, data fields in SAP and other HR related systems that are using the employee data from SAP HR.

    ii.            HR Information Analysis

Reporting to the manager, you will be responsible to ensure the efficient and accurate delivery of HR analytics packages to HR business partner and will provide HR data analysis and reports. Partner with HRBP and stakeholders to develop and generate the HR analytics package to support the business needs. Work with IT on data/report automation in Enterprise Data Warehouse.

Requirements to succeed

Looking for fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of experience working in IT, Human Resources, Payroll and/or HR related service functions — someone who is detail oriented, has excellent time management and ability to multitask are highly welcomed. You must also have relative understanding of SAP HR system or SuccessFactors to perform research and resolve basic and complex issues dealing with data. Possess a sense of familiarity with company HR and Payroll policies and procedures. Experience with creating and executing test scripts to confirm system changes and escalate issues and defects. Must be residing in Penang or wiling to relocate to Penang to work onsite.
