Accounts Payable Analyst Full Time

Company overview

Our client is an established MNC that is a strong player in the SSC industry. In line with their business expansion, they are looking to bring on board an Accounts Payable Finance Analyst to join their team in KL.

The new role

Reporting to the AP Team Lead, you will be handling relevant AP activities, such as to process vendors’ invoices in timely manner and in good quality (PO and non-PO), and responds to AP inquiries in an accurate and timely manner. Resolves processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances. Verifies vendors and inter-companies’ accounts by reconciling monthly statements. Responsible for the process month end activities which include closing and reconciliations.

Requirements to succeed

You are a Bachelor’s degree holder in Accountancy/ACCA or any equivalent accounting processional qualification. Fresh graduates or experienced candidates are welcome to apply. You are a team player, strong analytical skills with good communication skills in both verbal and written English. Ability to take challenges with minimum supervision and meet tight deadlines.
