Our client is an award-winning company with a global footprint. Due to ambitious growth plans, they are expanding their operations within the region and are looking for an IT application specialist to join the dynamic team.
The new role
As an Application Support Analyst, you will be working closely with the system owners and end users to support the enhancements of the IT application landscape and the business application with focus on digital transformation. You will be responsible for providing high quality end user support and perform requirement study, troubleshoot issues, test and roll out any solution, fixes and enhancement. You will strive to improve the current IT process in the area of incident management as well as demand management.
Requirements to succeed
You should have a degree in IT or Computer Science with at least 3-4 years of relevant experience as an Application Support Specialist. Experience in providing application support for business applications is vital. You must also possess strong technical knowledge of Workflow and are well-versed in SQL scripting. You are also required to communicate effectively and manage stakeholders’ expectations.
