Assistant Manager, Financial Controlling | Automotive | Petaling Jaya Full Time

As a result of rapid expansion, they are looking to bring on board an excellent Financial Controlling Assistant Manager to join their Finance Team amidst of transformation.

The new role
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Financial Controlling &, Planning, you will perform management reporting to the Leadership team and Board of the companies on a regular basis. You will also prepare ad-hoc reports, analysis of group performance, forecasts and relevant KPIs as required by local and regional management. You will also work closely with Treasury & Corporate Finance to answer Bursa queries and prepare Annual report for shareholders by utilizing vendors and aligning commentary. On top of that, you will also lead Risk Management by the development of a Risk Register, developing frameworks and others. You will also work closely with Group Finance Operations in year end audit process and provide answers to auditors. You will also be involved in implementation and transformation project.

Requirements to succeed
Successful candidate should possess a Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent. You must have at least 4 or more years of experience in financial analysis, planning or reporting background. Experience in business intelligence or management reporting technology implementation is preferable. Ideally, you should be proactive, willing to take extreme challenges, adaptable and with good attitude.
