As a result of rapid expansion, they are looking to bring on board an excellent Financial Planning & Analysis Assistant Manager to join their Finance Team amidst of transformation.

The new role
Reporting to the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis, you will be responsible in monitoring and reporting for the Division. Implement relevant margin analysis and reporting. Besides that, involve in cost controlling by monitor and report on cost actuals and budget. Propose budget, monitor, and guide development in line with policy and process for the company. Assist in Budget and Forecast exercise for the company. Work closely with Group Finance Operations to ensure that accounting postings and processes are aligned.

Requirements to succeed
Successful candidate should have relevant FP&A working experience. Business programming languages or reporting system certification is preferable. You must have at least 5 or more years of experience in financial analysis, planning or reporting background. Ideally, you should be proactive, willing to take extreme challenges, adaptable and with good attitude.
