Company overview

Our client is a leading Automotive Company with global sales network across both the region and globe. As part of the digital transformation project, they have expanded their IT team and are looking to hire Data Analyst / Application Support Professionals to undertake daily responsibilities of the business process in the group of companies.

The new role

This function plays an important role within the broader group of companies to establish and support IT application landscape with focus on digitalization and automation. You will provide first level support for various business application used in CCB including VMS, Autoline, Workflow, PowerBI and other solution in area of incident management, demand management. You will be heavily involved in undertaking the development of dashboard / reporting solution using PowerBI as well as maintaining the MSSQL data-warehouse including SQL scripting. Coordinate the deployment of the fixes into UAT/Production environment for testing and production

rollout.

Requirements to succeed

You should have a degree in IT or Computer Science with 1-2 years of relevant experience in providing application support for business applications as well as data analytics. Technically competent in MSSQL Database maintenance, Scripting and able to develop some internally reporting/dashboard using ie PowerBI. Familiarity in Project Management methodology and well-versed in SQL scripting. You should be customer focused as you are required to communicate effectively and manage stakeholders’ expectations.
