Our client is an established group of professional MNC Tech services Group that is a strong player in its industry. They are looking to bring on board a professional to join their team in Selangor.

The new role

The Head of Talent Acquisition is expected to be a highly knowledgeable and capable HR professional who is adept at working with all HR Business partners and Heads of different functions to understand the objectives and construct plans to design and implement recruiting strategies for Group. The overall responsibilities include monitoring recruitment procedures, from sourcing to hiring, managing a team of Talent Acquisition Partners, and identifying high-potential candidates. Ultimately, you will help the Group to grow the teams with talented employees and achieve the overall goals.

Requirements to succeed

The successful candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree, have at least 10 years of relevant experience preferably with experience recruiting for IT related roles. As a key strategic and operational leader, you should be passionate to deliver key service outcomes for customers and acquire excellent interpersonal skills. Ideally, you should be detailed oriented, analytical, good team player, proactive and enjoy working within a fast-paced, dynamic organization.
