The new role
· Handle all inbound calls pertaining customer general inquiries, comments, complaints, feedback and other raising issue related to the company’s products.
· Create & handle all tickets to customer cases and follow up closely until case resolved.
· Work closely with Sales & Level 2 Support Team for client contracts expiration and further technical assistance.
· To exceed customer expectations in terms of customer service and accurate information.
· Achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
Requirements to succeed
· At least 1 year of working experience in Level 1 Helpdesk Support.
· Willing to work long hours and on shift work.
· High command of spoken and written English.
· Proficiency in Mandarin or Japanese is an added advantage.
· Hardworking, ability to take challenges and meet tight deadlines.
