Senior Account Executive Full Time

Company Overview

A well-established International Real Estate Company that is a strong player in its industry and has presence globally. They are looking to bring on board a few excellent Senior Account Executive to support their team in Petaling Jaya.

Job description:

• Posting entries, reconciling accounts payable and receivable, and handling bookkeeping.
• Producing accounting reports, analyzing financial information and summarizing financial status.
• Participate in financial forecasting and assisting in financial statements and producing budgets.
• Assisting with tax audits and tax returns and liaising with external auditors, company secretary and tax agent.
• Handling payments (such as salary, claims, and other payment equivalents by company).
• Assisting in preparation of monthly cash flows and bank reconciliation. Handling full set of accounts, either independently or with accountant’s assistance.

Requirement to succeed

• Diploma in Business Administration / Business Management or any equivalent field
• 3-5 years of related working experience would be preferred
• Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu would be advantage.
• Assertive, creative and ready to work in a changing environment.
• Assertive, creative, good interpersonal skills, highly driven and self-motivated for a fast-paced evolving environment
